Companies House has confirmed yesterday (4 August) that The company “Tamboran Resources Limited” does NOT EXIST. (It is not registered)
For a High Court Injunction the Magistrate should have used their company number on the injunction and it is standard procedure that a company check is made for such injunctions. The company does not exist and thus the injunction is ILLEGAL.
1. DOE received a notification from Tamboran Resources Ltd: so from a company that doesn’t exist, and in their reply to questions:
‘Based on the information received, officials will assess all elements of the proposal and determine whether or not the scheme falls within the parameters of permitted development or whether the proposal should be made subject to the full planning application process.’
No word about the legal status of Tamboran Resources Ltd
